1. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Returns Due to Change of Mind
Due to the personal nature and hygiene requirements of our products (such as skincare and personal care items), we do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect purchase, or non-quality-related reasons. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before placing your order.
Eligible Return Situations
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or with quality issues;
- The product does not match the description in your order;
- The product is lost, missing, or contaminated during shipping.
Return Process
If your return is eligible, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service as soon as you notice an issue;
- Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation;
- Our team will respond within 1-3 business day and guide you through the process;
- Once approved, please ship the item back to our designated address (shipping fee covered by us);
- Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will process your refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Order not yet shipped: We can cancel the order for free;
- Order already shipped: We cannot cancel the order, but you may choose to refuse the delivery or apply for a return upon receipt (if eligible).
Automatic Order Cancellation
Orders may be automatically canceled due to payment failure, inventory issues, or other system errors. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Methods
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card;
- Third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Alipay): Refunds will be returned to the original account.
Refund Processing Time
- For canceled orders, refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account;
- For returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the product.
Partial Refunds
If you return only part of your order and the remaining items still qualify for shipment, we will proceed with shipping the valid items and issue a partial refund for the returned items.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
